I’m baaack! Ok, after a long couple of brutal semesters of school, I am going to get back into the swing of things. I was in the midst of getting my website up and going when I started going back to school and it basically owned my life for a while. As a result the website / blog has been pushed aside for several months. After just recently completing my summer semester of school, I now have a little time before the next semester starts to get on my A game with my fishing career. The website is at the top of my list. It currently has a pretty basic layout and it’s nothing fancy, but what’s important is that it’s functioning. Now, even when school starts again here soon, instead of having the burdening thought of…man, I need to do a lot of stuff to get the site going…all I have to do is throw some blog posts up here and there to keep everyone updated on tournaments and everything. With a little help from my buddy, Dee Gardner, we will be able to get the rest of the smaller details I want for the site figured out here shortly I believe. From here on out, expect to start seeing fairly regular blog posts.
Coming soon: Fishing For Freedom 2010 at Belton Lake is just around the corner and you can bet I will be looking for some redemption after last year’s performance. Expect to see plenty of posts about my preparations for that tournament. Also, in October I will be fishing in a kid’s charity event on Lake LBJ that has a guaranteed first place payout of $10,000. Expect more details on that. Not to mention my ATX Bassmasters club tournament efforts.
