Lake Austin is fishing fairly steady with clear 4–6 ft visibility and water temps in the low 80s. Bass are holding in 12–20 ft on deeper grasslines, with the best action coming early in the morning.
Drop-shot finesse worms and Texas-rigged stick worms have been the most reliable producers. Bigger bass are scarce right now, but solid keepers up to 3 lbs are showing up when you hit the right stretches of grass.
