Fall has officially arrived, and so have the ups and downs that come with it. With the weather shifting almost daily, the bass have been just as unpredictable\u2014some days are great, others not so much. Flexibility in lure choice and approach is key right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most consistent bite has been on <strong>football jigs<\/strong> fished around <strong>rocky structure in 3\u201315 feet of water<\/strong>. Bass are also hitting <strong>hard and soft jerkbaits<\/strong> in those same areas, especially when they\u2019re chasing baitfish close to the rocks.
