12\/22\/2025 – Lake Austin is sitting at a normal level with clear water and 4\u20136 ft visibility. Water temperatures are around 61\u00b0, and typical winter patterns are starting to take shape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The most consistent bite has come from fishing drop-shot rigged finesse worms<\/strong> along the deeper, outside edge of submerged vegetation in 16+ feet of water<\/strong>. There\u2019s some sifting through smaller fish involved, but there are definitely some quality bass to be caught if you stay patient and work the right areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
